This app requires constant attention. I frequently find myself needing to correct receipts and take pictures of product bar codes to receive my points, sometimes having to do this two, three, or even four times. It’s incredibly frustrating. I already have the receipt; why must I photograph the bar codes? Additionally, it often struggles to connect with the associated app, which is puzzling. Furthermore, it takes three days to receive your rewards. I'm not sure why that is. I've been using this app for years, but I've only recently begun encountering these problems. There are clearly some glitches that need fixing.
I had over 42,000 points deducted from my account. When I raised my concerns, they acknowledged a mistake and told me to reapply for the gift card. However, after doing so, they deducted more than 24,000 of the same points they previously said were incorrectly removed! It seems they arbitrarily decide how many points to take from users. This company is very untrustworthy. Be cautious, as you might invest money in products and engage in activities for points, only to find they claim you’re not following their rules, even when you are.

I'm disappointed because I lost my login streak for the current offer due to my internet being down, which was out of my control. It's frustrating to miss out on extra points because of issues with the service provider. Additionally, it's challenging to accumulate enough points in a timely manner to purchase necessary items due to high prices. On a positive note, the few gift cards I have been able to redeem have been legitimate; however, it now takes a long time to gather a substantial amount. It feels like the company profits while I spend countless hours just trying to reach $50 in my account for essentials.
They consistently show points as approved when receipts are submitted, then take them back when redemption is attempted. When questioned, they provide generic responses about point deductions or denials, often citing violations of terms. Recently, they removed over 36,000 points, which means that with an average reward of 25 points, over 1,400 receipts were suddenly deemed invalid when I tried to redeem them. Their practices seem increasingly untrustworthy.
They engage in false advertising. Every time I submit a receipt, I have to reach out to support because I don’t receive points. While isolated incidents can be understood, this happens every time, which is unacceptable. Support is nearly nonexistent, and they expect you to interact with an ineffective bot. What used to be a rewarding service has become a frustrating waste of time.
This app is my favorite for submitting receipts and earning points. There are numerous ways to gain points beyond just scanning receipts, including games and surveys! I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys being rewarded for shopping, sharing opinions, playing games, and earning points for gift cards, cash cards, and more!
I lost nearly $25 worth of points through Fetch Play games. Support claimed these games were expired, despite no indication of that. I pleaded my case multiple times, but three different representatives told me they could do nothing. Some games displayed expiration timers, but most did not. Many times, I submitted tickets when games stopped tracking progress or awarding points, without any resolution. It was disheartening to realize I wasted countless hours on these faulty games. I am done with this service for good.
