I had a very frustrating experience with Fever. When purchasing tickets through , I clicked on Saturday, but because there were no available times, the site defaulted to Sunday without making it obvious. It was very easy to miss, and I ended up buying tickets for the wrong day.
I contacted customer service immediately after realizing the mistake and asked for a refund. First, I was told they could not refund me. Then I was told they could offer a partial refund for half the amount, which I was willing to accept. Later, I received another email saying they could not offer any refund at all.
The entire process was confusing and inconsistent. The website should make date changes much clearer, and customer service should not give customers conflicting information. Very disappointed with the experience, and I highly recommend not patronizing businesses that use Fever as their ticketing platform.
