Review Time
There was a problem with my order. I have never texted/emailed with people who could say so much and nothing at all at the same time. I will never deal with this company again. My tickets had to be canceled and a voucher was issued. When I went to repurchase them they would not give me the discount I originally received. Now the same exact tickets are costing me more money less the 48 hours later.
Do NOT book anything through Fever! I learned the hard way that their website is designed to trick you. On November 9th, I tried to buy tickets for a "Jury Duty" event in January 2026 as a Christmas gift. I specifically clicked the January date, but Fever’s system "glitched" and defaulted my purchase to a show starting at 5:30 PM THAT SAME DAY... just THREE HOURS after I paid!
Think about how insane that is. I bought tickets at 2 PM, and they issued them for 5:30 PM the same afternoon. Because I was buying these as a gift for months away, I didn't realize their system had swapped the dates until I went to get the gift ready in December. By then, the "accidental" November date had passed, and the January show was completely booked.
When I contacted them on their app and then eventually over email, they hid behind their T&Cs "48-hour notice" refund policy. How am I supposed to give 48 hours' notice for a show that starts in 3 hours?! They literally set it up so it is physically impossible to get your money back. To top it off, when I asked for proof that the date selected prior to payment was the same date issued on the ticket, they admitted they can't share that information.
This isn't a mistake. It’s a predatory business model. They took $136.50 from me for an event I never selected and couldn't possibly attend. There are countless other reports of this exact "glitch" happening to people. They are stealing money from customers and refusing to fix their own technical errors. Save your money and your sanity. Stay far away from this platform!
Not allowing a refund means I was forced to move things around in a very inconvenient manner This is highly frustrating not your fault but still do better especially when I attempted to cancel the tickets less than 48 hours after I purchase them
The date and cities that I was gonna go see a candlelight conference and although was a little complicated and too complicated for me, My Son figured out how to do it on your website so now I am going to the concert that I had thought I booked for
I bought 14 tickets (over AU$300 each) for SailGP Sydney 28 Feb 26. 1 of the tickets was wrongly marked for Sunday 1 March 26. I spent hours on their chat that repeatedly dropped out. At first I was told I could cancel or change date of that ticket. Then told no refund was possible, then when I tried to have them reissue the ticket for the correct date the chat went dead again, never to return. Judging by how many bad reviews there are of this company, I intend to start a class action against them. If you have been ripped off by this company, forward your details to me at drbandy at hotmail dot com. David Bandy. Australia.
I am a Gold member on the Fever App, and my recent customer service experience has been incredibly frustrating from start to finish.
The online chat system rarely works properly and is mostly just an AI bot. When I do eventually get connected to a human representative, they read from a script and respond with generic promises to email me back—none of which actually address my specific situation. Phone and email support have been just as unhelpful, offering the same repetitive corporate responses.
Initially, the event I booked was cancelled, and I was forced to pay an additional £42.38 to attend the same event on the same weekend—only to be given worse seating. Friends and other attendees in the exact same situation were appropriately compensated for the extra costs. However, I was told I was not eligible for a refund due to the terms and conditions, despite this being entirely beyond my control and despite their T&Cs clearly stating that refunds or reimbursements can be considered on a case-by-case basis.
To make matters even worse, the rebooked event has now been cancelled AGAIN and the entire event is no longer taking place at all. I am now having to go through the whole exhausting process with customer service yet again—this time to request a FULL refund of £126.26, not a partial refund.
Although I have been verbally told over the phone that a refund will be issued, I still have not received any written confirmation whatsoever. After everything that has happened, this lack of formal confirmation only adds to the stress and uncertainty.
Overall, the lack of flexibility, personalisation, accountability, and clear communication has been extremely disappointing—especially as a Gold member. I will seriously think twice about booking with Fever again in the future.
Had booked to see the enlightenment light show in Edinburgh, couldn't make the date so changed it on the website, as far as I was aware it had been changed as it said it had on the website, go to my tickets on the new day we are supposed to attend and it says expired, contact customer service on live chat and they said they can see I've tried to change the date but it didn't complete properly, asked if I could get a credit so we could go another night but they won't do anything at all to help, just keep saying that the policies are clear even though I have said that as far as I was aware the tickets had been changed, they won't make any exceptions which seems pretty unfair tbh, only care about money clearly
The process of cancelling and buying another ticket was easy and smooth itself. However, i am very disappointed by the organizers because the new tickets cost double! I first bought my tickets before Christmas but unfortunately had to change dates. This new tickets cost double (first were 20 euro/each at regular price, now they cost 40 euro/each at regular price). The voucher i got did not cover the the price and i had to pay the rest. I believed once bought i will only swich dates but it turned out differently. I am very disappointed. The tickets were a present for a loved one, otherwise i wouldn't buy them again at double price just because i had to change the dates.
Everything was perfect and planned thoroughly-from the set up at the waiting area before the concert started to the smooth entrance into the actual concert ..they did a really good job
I needed to change the date and time for my ticket to the interactive Monet exhibition. This was very easy to do on my Android phone using the Fever app. I first cancelled the original ticket and then set up a new one for another time and date. It ported all the information over, including, most importantly, the payment information.
