We took our 6 year old granddaughters, with our daughter and son in law to Bubble Planet. They did a great job turning on old warehouse into rooms of wonder. Our favorites were the room filled with balloons, the kaleidoscope room, and the infinity room with hanging lights. These rooms were fun but the huge ball pit and the virtual reality rooms were the best part of the experience. My only constructive criticism is the cashier area, it needs to be better organized. They have two cash registers, one for checking in and one for both merchandise and the personalized photo.We purchased the VIP experience. We did get bumped to the front of the line for the virtual reality experience, but there is no separate line for VIP when checking in so you'll have to wait in line to get into the experience. They have a nice little merchandise area at the end of the experience, but only one register for both purchasing merchandise and selecting your personal photo. Selecting your photo takes time to choose the best picture and which background. This takes time and the family choosing shouldn't be rushed. We were five customers behind in the checkout line for merchandise at the end of our experience with others lining up after us. The family at the register was choosing their picture and background, they had a right to take their time. After waiting around 10 minutes, they did not look close to finished and we were not sure how many others in front of us wanted a photo package, so we put our merchandise back and left.
