I bought 14 tickets (over AU$300 each) for SailGP Sydney 28 Feb 26. 1 of the tickets was wrongly marked for Sunday 1 March 26. I spent hours on their chat that repeatedly dropped out. At first I was told I could cancel or change date of that ticket. Then told no refund was possible, then when I tried to have them reissue the ticket for the correct date the chat went dead again, never to return. Judging by how many bad reviews there are of this company, I intend to start a class action against them.
