We booked a room nearly a year in advance for a convention, only to have it canceled less than a month before due to a change in ownership. The refund was significantly less than what we paid, and the customer support was nonexistent. Communicating with representatives was frustrating and unhelpful. We ended up paying more than double for another room. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
