We selected a property for a two-night stay, and upon arrival, a stranger entered the apartment before us. The place was poorly maintained, with dirty dishes and an unclean bathtub. I was promised a refund for the cleaning fee, which never occurred. When I contacted the platform, the property owner denied everything. I cannot recommend this service at all.
