I ordered a standing desk from Fezibo which had missing screws so I couldn’t assemble it. When I contacted them they said the screws were out of stock and I could buy replacements from Amazon ( they’d refund me afterwards with proof of purchase).Amazon didn’t have them in stock. They then said I should go to a local shop to source and purchase myself. I wasn’t prepared to go through all this hassle so requested to return the desk. They said I couldn’t return the package once I’d opened it. This is in breach of trading standards as by missing parts the item is classed as faulty, the very definition of faulty- a desk that cannot be assembled due to missing parts! The bot you have to be in contact with just kept regurgitating the same useless “ try Amazon” advice. Furious
