Avoid!I ordered an electric standing desk and the matching drawers. The drawers were delivered quickly by DPD but the desk was sent via EVRI (why!?).I appreciate Fezibo aren't responsible for Evri's actions but the customer service at Fezibo wasn't exactly brilliant. I had to ask for another desk to be dispatched, which Fezibo kindly organised, but with Evri again who have sicne lost the second desk! When I've gone back to Fezibo to ask them to dispatch a third time but via a different carrier, they are now asking for proof of delivery of the parcel so I am aghast at how they expect me to take photos of a box that has never even attempted to be delivered to my front door!I'm now trying to get a refund for the desk but can't seem to get anywhere so will have to contact my credit card company.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
