This is the first review that I have ever written in my life, no service has ever been as bad as dealing with Fezibo.From start to finish the process has been absolutely abhorrent, multiple errors took place before I had even received the packages. The desk will be delivered in separate packages by different couriers on different days (that’s if they send you your right order to begin with).I got 2 sets of legs/motors delivered by mistake, the boxes were extremely heavy so this has been nothing but a burden. Currently just sat in my hallway with nowhere to go. I have been going back and forth with them trying to arrange collection of the additional package. Firstly I was told that they don’t have any return labels available and therefore cannot accept it, followed by they don’t accept UK returns at all, following this I told that instead they will do me favour and “gift me” the item that I do not want. Once I rejected their gift, I was told in three separate replies to my emails asking for a solution that I could just donate it. I’ll just get that 30KG box over my shoulder and walk it to the British Heart Foundation. I still have the package sat in my hallway. Since I have mentioned the UK consumer act that states they have to accept returns if too many goods were delivered, their reply? That would be a burden to us, and it would suit both of us much better if I were to just DONATE IT. The customer service is actually very quick to reply, this would ordinarily be a positive but given that they are too lazy to actually provide a solution it’s entirely moot. Just as an FYI, if you get Mark from the UK customer service team prepare to pull your hair out, I don’t think there is a less helpful man on the entire planet. Outside of the awful service, actually putting the desk together is horrific, the pieces have been shoddily put together so none of the screws/bolts line up. There are uniform instructions that apply to all Fezibo desks rather than the one you have bought, so it’s a lot of guess work.Annoyingly, now the desk is together it’s actually quite good. But from the other reviews, it sounds as though it will only be a matter of months before the motor stops working. This is by far the item I regret buying most in my entire life, it has from start to present been one the annoying process I’ve been unfortunate to be a part of. Why why why did I not read the reviews before purchasing? Please if you are reading this before considering buying, do not do it. Don’t do it yourself. I can guarantee that every non-bad review here is fake. If you are unfortunate enough to have already purchased then remember the UK consumer act should be at least a bit of help.
