I haven’t even put this together yet so I can’t speak to quality of product. I can speak to the poor packaging and labeling of product. I received a box bursting open and could hear the parts ratting around. First thought was it was mishandled during delivery, but then I opened the box and realized it was packaged this way. The item was obviously a return, and not disclosed as open box when purchased, everything was thrown in the box, the protective foam was just thrown in the box like garbage, not actually protecting anything. None of the pieces are labeled, following the already subpar instruction manual should be fun. I should send it back and save myself the trouble of putting it together and potentially having to take apart if I find a defect, but it’s here and the desk is what I was looking for so I’m going to see it through to hopefully a positive end result. I will never order from this company again. To ship merchandise in this condition says everything about the lack of care and quality, not to mention charging full price for a returned, opened item and not disclosing it. I wasn’t expecting high end furniture at the price point, but I was expecting it be new. I wish I could share pictures of what I received. I did email the company with pictures of the mess I received.
