The products I ordered (rise/fall desk and accessories, value £227.97) were delivered promptly and are of acceptable quality. However, there was a problem with the order delivered and the customer service in trying to sort it out has been very poor.Instead of sending the single desktop clamp power strip I ordered (£49.99), they sent me a box of 10! At £449.91, the retail value of the additional power strips was greater than my entire order!They initially directed me to their customer service helpline, which would have involved a paid for (by me) international call, and it took several emails before they understood their error, involving me sending them the invoice and photos of the box.Eventually, they told me they did not want the extra power strips returned, as they have no way of accepting returns! They have described this as a "gift" to me, which I could sell or give away. Trying to sort it out has been time consuming and inconvenient and the box of strips has taken up space. If there is problem with the goods I ordered in the guarantee period, I hope it is handled more efficiently than this. Would not recommend.
