Received a product with a clear manufacturing defect (carbon in the threading). I removed the obstruction myself to make it usable, which slightly damaged the edge. Company refused to take responsibility because I tried to fix it, and only offered €25 on a €127 product. Very disappointed with the lack of support and unwillingness to resolve fairly.
