AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! I placed an order well in advance, booked my bike in and had the bike couriered to the Ducati dealership. The item didn’t show. When I sent emails I never heard back. They said delivery was attempted it never was. Cost me loads of money and wasted loads of time. Absolutely awful

Worthless

Waited 3 months for simple order. After checking up I received a vague answer about production delays, company could not and would not give an estimate on the remaining wait. The communication I perceived to be condescending, not helpful. Cancelled order and will not order again.Honestly, a piss poor excuse for a company.Also, check Aliexpress before you order. Most of their stock appears to be straight from the Chinese bargain bin.

F&F Carbon was great.

The folks at F&F carbon answered my pre-sales inquiry fast, and even though my order was a "special" one, with only half of the items in that they had listed on site, they still delivered quick, both the initial sale and actual parcel arrived fast. Only about 14 days wait total which is to be expected.The fitment of the part is just perfect and this one honestly might look even better than the OEM part. Great job and keep it up!Review posted on day of arrival.

Disappointed with product quality and customer service

Received a product with a clear manufacturing defect (carbon in the threading). I removed the obstruction myself to make it usable, which slightly damaged the edge. Company refused to take responsibility because I tried to fix it, and only offered €25 on a €127 product. Very disappointed with the lack of support and unwillingness to resolve fairly.

Poor quality

Poor... Ordered panel's for my z1000,out of 4 lugs I've managed to snap 2 of them... And as there not moulded on,just glued on,no wonder they snapped off... I expected fitment issues,but they oby it corners...
