Today, I contacted your customer support via chat and was assured by one agent that the subscription had been cancelled. However, eight hours later, the subscription is still active and visible on my account.I attempted to contact support again to resolve this issue, but the agent disconnected the chat without resolving the matter.This email serves as formal notice. I am giving your company 24 hours from receipt of this message to:1.Fully and permanently cancel my subscription.2.Remove all of my stored payment information.3.Confirm in writing that the above actions have been completed.Failure to comply within 24 hours will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Ombudsman for unfair and deceptive consumer practices.I would also like to note that my partner experienced the exact same issue, which strongly suggests this is not an isolated incident but a recurring practice. Additionally, subscription prices have been increased without proper notification, which further raises concerns about compliance with consumer protection regulations.I expect written confirmation within the stated timeframe."Please...do not call me just waiting for respond email and we're saying goodbye to each other.
