The razor and blades are very good but their subscription model is pants. You don't get a notification prior to your sub arriving so there is no way to cancel or pause it before payment is taken. You are forced to use the chatbot to skip a subscription date and have to go through all sorts of "offers" before you can amend it. The maximum subscription period is 4 months.

Disgrace company. First my partner, now me. Today I've served them an email which describes all: I am writing to formally demand the immediate cancellation of my subscription and the permanent deletion of all my payment details from your systems.Despite cancelling my subscription over a month ago, another subscription shipment has been processed. Today, I contacted your customer support via chat and was assured by one agent that the subscription had been cancelled. However, eight hours later, the subscription is still active and visible on my account.I attempted to contact support again to resolve this issue, but the agent disconnected the chat without resolving the matter.This email serves as formal notice. I am giving your company 24 hours from receipt of this message to:1.Fully and permanently cancel my subscription.2.Remove all of my stored payment information.3.Confirm in writing that the above actions have been completed.Failure to comply within 24 hours will leave me no choice but to escalate this matter to the Consumer Ombudsman for unfair and deceptive consumer practices.I would also like to note that my partner experienced the exact same issue, which strongly suggests this is not an isolated incident but a recurring practice. Additionally, subscription prices have been increased without proper notification, which further raises concerns about compliance with consumer protection regulations.I expect written confirmation within the stated timeframe."Please...do not call me just waiting for respond email and we're saying goodbye to each other. No matter how good product is I will never support company like yours.
Love the razors, love the recycling scheme and every single time I contact them for support, they go above and beyond! This time it was Holly; I asked how to add a razor handle on to my next blade subscription delivery, as I couldn't do it from my end and my current one had broken - she added one on for me, free of charge! Love everything about this brand!
I had nothing but positives from FFS!Ive been with them for 5 years now, they've sent out little gifts over the years. Can't fault the razors, also their tweezers are the best ive ever used and at the age of 35 ive been through a few! My most recent interactions have blown me away, I emailed a couple of days ago to say that unfortunately my 10year relationship came to an end last week.. he found someone else 💔 i emailed to say I don't need anymore blades for a while because im stacked and won't be going through as many now. Holly went above and beyond! Sent THE kindest most uplifting email ive ever received from a company! She also included a little gift for me 🥲 SO if you're thinking about it.. DO IT! You will not regret it! Thank you FFS ❤️
Great products and great customer service - I accidentally made an order to the wrong address, and when I contacted customer service on WhatsApp Holly was so helpful and sorted things right away, and also went the extra mile and sorted the address on upcoming subscriptions as well. Everything was sorted within minutes of making my order and I was so impressed with the speed and quality of service. Would highly recommend this company :)
Had trialed the free trial and the razors/shaving cream are great, I’ve very sensitive skin and reactive to most creams but had no problems. Had to cancel due to current financial limits, and the customer service experience when cancelling was great. Really good service thank you
