All the staff who work there was very helpful and very friendly to talk to the manger with blonde straight hair and the guy with grey hair was very helpful and gave me some alternatives for my mum's cross witch came with the necklace but the necklace did not fit my mum and the manger and the guy with grey hair said i think it would be best to bring your mum in on Tuesday because it was bank holiday last Monday and that is what I did and had to pay extra and my sister went half's and sent me the money over witch we both did. Me and my sister were both very happy and my mum was very happy with her birthday present. I want to thank all the staff for being very helpful
