Purchased a ladies’ watch as a 70th birthday present, and the experience was absolutely wonderful. The service was truly fabulous — friendly, attentive and genuinely welcoming from the moment I walked in.
I felt well looked after throughout, and the staff made the whole process effortless. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended!
I bought a ring with semi precious stones £60, it was to small so i had it extended and it was horrible and they cleaned it up for me. Wasn't impressed with there service.so that was 2 april 2025 , down the line was oct less then a year one stone must had falling out, well i went down as i had the receipt so one year guarantee. Well i was shocked they sent it off and when it come back the guy told me i had to pay £50 sorry but im not paying £60 and pay £50 more to have it fixed.they trying to say i caught it or knocked it well i didn't. I will never buy anything in the store again.don't read reviews with 5 stars poor reviews are telling you the truth. Poor service.i work with a company and if something is faulty your entitled to a refund or a new item.
Its a great experience! the Sales Assistant help me by giving me more options available in the stores of the watch that i am looking for and I think i found the best one. She also explains to me each watch . it was a quick and smooth transaction. Really Recommended.
We were assisted in our purchases by a very nice,
friendly and helpful young lady who was very polite and helpful in retrieving jewellery from the window and checking the fit with my wife. In all a very pleasant purchasing experience.
I bought an engagement ring in November 2025. It was a lovely ring and my fiancee loved it. However after a few weeks a diamond came out of it.
We contacted F Hinds in Southampton, where I bought it, as I had taken out insurance and they said to come in with the ring, which I duly did. They said I wouldn't have to claim on the insurance, as it was within the warranty period. They sent it away to be analysed, and a few weeks later, they called me to say that it was determined the ring was 'faulty' and did I want the same ring to replace it. I said I did, and the lady said that they would order one and get back to me. That was over 3 weeks ago!
I popped in to F Hinds Southampton nine days ago, and I was told that it was being sent from another branch.
Today is 27th February 2026, and I still don't have the replacement.
In the meantime, I continue to wait for the ring to be replaced.
If you are reading this I advise you to go elsewhere, as the same thing could happen to you.
Well to be honest, it was my first time buying watch from your store located in hounslow central, customer service were excellent, loved to be a part of it, will be back in future. Thank you for the kindness as well as customer care.
the first lady i dealt with was amazing really helpful and polite. when i called back to place the order i spoke to the same lady who once again was amazing. when i went to collect my order i dealt with someone else she wasn't rude or anything but didn't seem as helpful or as interested as the initial lady she almost seemed distracted as she asked me the same question multiple times.
My Fiance and i went in to the High Wycombe store today and we were looked after by a lady called Shameena A. We went to browse the different types of wedding bands available, however, ended up purchasing both rings. The store assistant was super knowledgable, very respectful, friendly, never pushy and gave such welcomed feedback and recommendations. Overal, our experience was great!
As usual an excellent experience, we have brought lots of items from you over the years and once again excellent customer service and an enjoyable retail experience which is in short supply these days. Keep up the good work, thank you.
It’s evident that customer service is not a focus here! I entered the store and waited a long time to be attended. While some staff were helping others, the only available staff member was just behind the counter, singing, dancing, and clicking her fingers, completely ignoring my presence! I ended up leaving without being served. Even if it’s a high street jeweller, I expect a certain standard of customer service. Very unusual behavior.
