The customer service assistant was very professional in the service given. She was very apologetic as it had taken some time to find a chain that I wanted this was due to her being advised from another female member of staff that had given her the wrong information. Due to the person's level of service given I would use this store again the customer adviser made my shopping experience good. Again before leaving She apologised again . She is a good asset to your team.
