My partner ordered me a watch for Christmas, got delivered today. Opened package to find it wasn't working. Had to drive a 20 mile round trip to a store, Merry Hill, turns out the battery was flat. When I questioned why it wasn't checked at point of shipping, store assistant stated it could have gone flat during postage. Either way, it wasn't working at point of delivery. Unacceptable. Store assistant replaced battery and is now working fine. F Hinds should check the battery, check how long it's been in stock and deliver with a fresh battery.
