The staff are really friendly and welcoming. Striking up easy conversation which as a super awkward quiet person I appreciate. Also appreciated the upsale with the deal as it meant I could get my little girl a second pair of earrings for less. We love this shop. My daughter (7) has picked out a watch for me before and the quality of customer care is always great.
