David was exceptional from start to finish. I went into my local branch in cheltenham knowing what watch I wanted to purchase, and David demonstrated his knowledge immediately. He answered all my questions and also gave me lots of additional information about the watch I was purchasing. We also just sat down and had a chat about watches in general and I appreciated his time. Overall, the buying experience was fantastic and I felt like I was making a special purchase even though it wasn’t the most expensive watch in the world. I plan on buying a couple more watches in the near future which I know F Hinds stock and I will go back to David specifically to make those purchases.
