The support is so subpar that I have been asked the same question multiple times by the same rep, and have to repeat information, and given answers that "are a different answer" but are the exact same instruction. Almost convinced it's an AI and not a human. It's compulsory to use the app in order to perform basic functions such as to manage your voicemail greeting. They removed that feature from the website and also from the phone dial-in menu. You might not have luck receiving MMS if you don't have the app.The phone I was sold was advertised to have an unlockable bootloader which was ultimately not possible to achieve.
