Review for FH 270 Heat Pump Refurbished. I saved $300 by buying refurbished, the unit looks brand new with no visible defects and still has original warranty, score!! Upon opening shipping box and unit the B&W instructions and fitting where in with the fan of the unit. Installing unit was straight forward (I'm familiar with plumbing and electrical). I flipped the breaker and started the system. It started heating water and ran for about 5mins before displaying P9 code. A quick call to USA technical support fixed issue (they helped by adjust the outside electronic control back to default setting, old settings may have been from factory testing). I was happy for such an easy fix. Unit was nicer than I expected and technical support was quick to answer (2mins max) and easy to work with to resolve issue! I will be recommending this company to my friends and family!
