I have been with Fibrus for 18 months and have not had any issues with poor connection as with previous providers. My contract was coming to an end so I was contacted by the team with updated cost information however I was offered a lower price from another provider so I called the team and they were able to reduce the rate to only £5 more than my previous contract. I was delighted with this as, although it was slightly higher than the alternative provider, I knew the service I would receive would be far superior. Great to support a local company and the gent I spoke to on the phone was extremely helpful and professional - could not recommend more!
