The engineers who came were great - Gareth and Stewart ..... Also I love how if I need help I can phone a local number and get to speak to a human very easily! Believe me that means so much to me. Bringing a human back into the equation!!
Installed without fuss a month ago and so far has been very stable. Super fast and half what I was paying BT. Also first 3 months are free with no price rises for length of the contract.
Absolutely fantastic, quick and easy, we had the engineers named Alex and Jacob who were great! Customer service was great, kept us informed of what they were doing, give them a raise or move them up to a higher position!!! What a great start to our new broadband. Deffo recommend and WiFi working straight away! Already 100 X better than sky! Deffo recommend and thank you Alex and Jacob for a job well done!
Still ongoing issues with fibru
engineers replaced everything still getting 6-10 disconnection every day and multiple per hour
Customer Service is non existent who just said it's not fibrus's problem anymore now and customer experience (complaints) who you can only email and wait 7 days for them to email you back.. helpful when your internet is disconnecting
I regret joining and renewing with them but Fibrus don't care at all as long as they get money your a piece of dirt on their shoe when something goes wrong

Time for another 1 star for Fibrus....
5 Router Replacements and now nothing other then paying for 500 and getting 50.... told to wait for engineer but that could be weeks/months till then nothing. engineers lie to your face and customer "experience" ignore your emails.
If you're a Sky Q user, it's best to stay away from this service. It's frustratingly unreliable and has connectivity issues that they are aware of but won't disclose until after you've committed. I strongly recommend avoiding this service.
Extremely unsatisfactory broadband performance.
I am currently subscribed to a 500mb broadband package, yet I frequently experience speeds ranging from 7mb to 45mb. Occasionally, the speeds may temporarily increase, but this is not sustainable. This service does not meet my needs for regular usage.
I received an unexpected call from the installation team two days before the scheduled date for broadband, checking if it would be convenient for them to come by and complete the setup. It was, and they finished in just 35 minutes. The equipment is more advanced than other providers, as this service operates its own network, and it's truly impressive! I live in a uniquely shaped house on a hill with two extensions below the main level, and the signal is fantastic! Additionally, I needed to port my original number, which typically takes some time, and my father, who is 83 and hard of hearing, needed assistance. When I reached out to the support team, they provided a temporary number in just TEN MINUTES! I'm currently in London for work while he is up north, so being able to call him without delays was a relief. Previously, he struggled to hear on the old copper line, but with this new VOIP, he can hear perfectly. My father, at 83, still works two days a week as a barber, and I'm now upgrading his business line with this service. If you're looking for a reliable service from genuine people who communicate clearly and don’t just read from a script, I highly recommend reaching out to this team. I'm a huge fan.
