Carnage from Day 1. Fibrus promised everything, and delivered nothing. From day 1 when the installation team arrived at my house, it was like unleashing 3 bulls into a china shop - absolute carnage. They stomped through my house, rushed the job, and left me with a fresh hole in my living room wall, where every last ounce of fibrus hope began escaping from. After the bulls had installed my new WiFi, I thought well at least I now have super fast reliable broadband. Well… how wrong could I be? When fibrus works it’s actually alright and the speeds are good, however the key word here is ‘when’. The broadband itself seems to disconnect all the time, leading you to be without internet for a couple of minutes before rebooting. I haven’t had one day where this internet has sustained its connection without breaking. It has the reliability of an alpha romeo with no tyres on. It genuinely is not fit for use and it makes me think how the hell are they allowed to sell this service, when it doesn’t work properly? Look, if you want to save some money on your bills then fibrus meets that criteria, but it comes with a cost. And that cost is a hole in your wall, and an internet service that doesn’t work properly. I will reccomend Fibrus to nobody. It is truly awful.
