Happy with the product and reliability, 2 years and its works fast and perfectly for that period.
My contract comes up for renewal and speak with an advisor who says my new deal is £ 39.99 a month. I point out new customers get £ 29.99 for the same amount and point out that basically this company discriminates against its loyal customers. I inform them I may as well cancel stop the service and then sign up as a new customer 7 days later or simple move back to BT who also do fibre to the property.
Customer retention then all of a sudden can do it for the same price.
When Will these companies actually learn what loyalty and customer service actually means. I have given one star not for the broadband which is excellent but for the way in which this company treats its customers.
