My case handler Deborah was fantastic, the service I received from her and the way she kept in contact with me throughout the long process ( due to the probate registry not reviewing my mums case ) was second to none. Deborah chased and pushed for my case to finally be reviewed and the letter of administration to be authorised and processed. As soon as she was given any information she contacted me straight away and kept me informed.
