I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order, as I’ve lost money and have yet to receive my item! They falsely claim to be UK-based, and their refund policy indicates that returns must be sent to California, US! Communication through their email is almost nonexistent, and when they do respond, it's often vague and unhelpful. I've requested a refund and am now being ignored! Please do not use this service unless you want to waste your money and not receive anything!
