I really wish I had looked at the reviews instead of the promotional websites. I ordered dolls after seeing a lot of advertisements for our daughter's Christmas gift, but they never arrived—now it’s two weeks late. How can a company lose so many packages during the holiday season? It’s baffling, especially for children's toys! It made for a very stressful Christmas trying to get the delivery service to locate the parcel, even on Christmas Eve. There was no communication or assistance from the company, despite my repeated emails. This was meant to be a special gift for a 5-year-old, and I can't express how heartbreaking it was to tell my daughter on Christmas Day that her main present was missing. This company should feel embarrassed and be avoided!
I regret not checking the reviews before placing my order, as I’ve lost money and received nothing! They are not UK-based as they misleadingly advertise; their refund policy mentions returning items to California, US! They don’t respond to inquiries through their email, and when they do, it takes days for a reply, often with vague information. I've requested a refund and am currently being ignored! Please avoid this service unless you want to risk losing money and receiving nothing!
I should have looked into the reviews before making a purchase, and I take full responsibility for that. The website claims Royal Mail delivery, misleadingly suggesting they are a UK company. I ordered well in advance for Christmas, but the item still hasn’t arrived. There’s no tracking and no confirmation email. I received a generic message saying I would get a tracking number, but two weeks later, nothing has come through. I’ve requested a refund and will initiate a chargeback with my bank if I don’t receive it. Avoid this website; you won't get your order.
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE!! I ordered three items as Christmas gifts, one of which was quite pricey, and two weeks later, I've received nothing. After a week, I got a Royal Mail tracking number that doesn’t correspond to anything. They don’t respond to emails. Total scam!

This service is a complete fraud. Do not purchase anything from them under any circumstances. They intentionally mislead customers and sell inferior products while taking people's money. Their marketing is deceptive, their practices are unethical, and they should not be allowed to operate or advertise at all. I strongly recommend that anyone thinking of making a purchase steer clear.
I ordered items on November 30th and am still waiting for delivery as of December 12th. I’ve emailed three times and received a Yodel tracking number, which hasn’t been updated since December 6th. I’m starting to feel scammed. Very dissatisfied with the overall experience.
