I ordered dolls after seeing a lot of advertisements for our daughter's Christmas gift, but they never arrived—now it’s two weeks late. How can a company lose so many packages during the holiday season? It’s baffling, especially for children's toys! It made for a very stressful Christmas trying to get the delivery service to locate the parcel, even on Christmas Eve. There was no communication or assistance from the company, despite my repeated emails. This was meant to be a special gift for a 5-year-old, and I can't express how heartbreaking it was to tell my daughter on Christmas Day that her main present was missing. This company should feel embarrassed and be avoided!
