Tech support is frustrating

The tech support is absolutely terrible. I’ve been on hold for two days waiting for assistance. I’ve spent over 45 minutes on hold with no response. This has been one of the most frustrating experiences ever, and I would never recommend calling for support. Next time my bill is due, I might just say I'm busy and ask them to wait while I deal with other matters.
