I may have made a big mistake purchasing through this company

So far this seems like I made a mistake giving this company my money. Now I am worried since I paid by credit card. I ordered 2 tags and silencers for 2 different cats back in September. I still have not recieved either.I emailed customer service in October and they told me it was shipping problems not under their control since the tags had been sent. I just emailed them a few days ago and they said they would send them again. I find it hard to believe that both packages just got lost somewhere. I can't find any other way to reach customer service other than email. I thought there was supposed to be a chat option to comunicate with customer service but so far I can't find it. The response I got from Facebook messenger was to email them.I have read where a few people seem to have had a good experience with this company but so far my experience is very disapointing. We love our pets and while the tags and the service is a very low price I would have prefered to pay more to get better service.
