Scanned my dogs tag code - and NOTHING! No name, address, phone number. NOTHING! This “free” service is probably a marketing tool where they get your info and sale it to other Companies.

FidoTabby didn’t disappoint.

I ordered on April 6th and just got my tag today April 19th. I wanted to leave a good review since I was also skeptical about this company due to the reviews. I had seen an ad for this company on Instagram months ago and just recently decided to try it for myself. I rarely ever care to write a review but this is important to me. I had lost my dog recently so that’s why I felt inclined to try this company. I do want to note the tag is free and so is the process but I choose to pay the $1.89 for postage and packaging not sure if that made a difference or not. Anyway, anyone who’s worried about loosing their doggo get this tag.

I bought two tags one for each dog

I bought two tags one for each dog. Took a long time to receive. One of my dogs lost all his tags. I contacted them to see about a replacement. Three days later all I have is an email that they r looking into it. Unacceptable. If my dog was lost that three days is two days too long! Don’t expect them to do anything but take ur money. SCAM

Purchase on 2/2/25

Ordered my tags 2/2/25. It’s now 3/3/25… they said that don’t give shipping details/ tracking details because it could affect production. BULLSHYT! they also said that if it doesn’t come before or on 3/10/25, to “circle back” I spent $7.87 on these tags and I still haven’t gotten anything as far as a notice that they have my items shipped.

I may have made a big mistake purchasing through this company

So far this seems like I made a mistake giving this company my money. Now I am worried since I paid by credit card. I ordered 2 tags and silencers for 2 different cats back in September. I still have not recieved either.I emailed customer service in October and they told me it was shipping problems not under their control since the tags had been sent. I just emailed them a few days ago and they said they would send them again. I find it hard to believe that both packages just got lost somewhere. I can't find any other way to reach customer service other than email. I thought there was supposed to be a chat option to comunicate with customer service but so far I can't find it. The response I got from Facebook messenger was to email them.I have read where a few people seem to have had a good experience with this company but so far my experience is very disapointing. We love our pets and while the tags and the service is a very low price I would have prefered to pay more to get better service.

SCAMMM!!

SCAMMM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! I inquired many times about my puppies missing tag with no reply!! It took 2 months then said check the mailbox! Nothing in the mailbox!!! I'm disgusted they just take the $5 & nothing!!! I'm pissed!!!

Responded to an ad on Facebook

Responded to an ad on Facebook. Signed up for tags for all my pets Sept 30, 2024. They said it would take about 8 weeks. Get an email saying the tags had been delivered (they had not). I email them. They ask if the address is correct (it was). Then they say there was a glitch and it will be many more weeks until I receive the tags. I asked for a refund then and no response.

Fidoalert says it is free

Fidoalert says it is free. This is false! I signed up and at the end they wanted $4.98, although this is reasonable, I will not do business with a company that lies to its consumers. Just tell people in advance if you need to pay for anything including taxes or shipping & handling

I THINK THIS COMPANY IS A TRUE SCAM I ORDERED MY DOG TAG OVER TWO WEEKS AGO AMS NO ONE SHOULD SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL I STILL HAVENT GOT ANYTHING AND NO TRACKING NUMBER ANS HAVE REPORTED THIS ALSO AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL I WILL GO TO WALMART TO BUY A SIMPLE DOG TAG AND THATS WHAT I GET TRYING ALL THESE COMPANIES THAY DONT EVEN HAVE THERE COMMUNICATION RIGHT I HAVE T RECEIVED NOTHING AT ALL I NEED A SUPERVISOR UNTIL THEN YOUR GOING ON EVERY SITE I HAVE LETTING EVERYONE KNOW DO NOTTT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
