My first experience with them 18 months ago was awesome, we got a tag for our adult cat and she still wears it, I absolutely love it.However, 4 months ago I ordered another tag for our new kitten, and it hasn't arrived yet, even after multiple emailing back and forth with customer service, them making an order for the 2nd time, then 3rd time, I still don't have it.. Never received "tag printed" or "tag shipped" emails either, like I did the first time.Very disappointed, and I don't understand if they became scammers or are having some kind of issues, short on staff, whatever.. I wish they were more transparent about what's going on, I'm just sick and tired of this, could have bought 2 new tags for our both cats elsewhere ages ago.
