I ordered an item online and paid for delivery, only for it to be sent to my billing address instead of the delivery address. I've sent emails and made calls every day for over a week, but the issue remains unresolved. The item won't arrive in time for the Christmas present it was intended for. The customer support and service have been very poor, and I wouldn't recommend this company.
