My first bracelet (gold plated) turned silver within a few weeks. I returned to the store and exchanged it for a solid gold bracelet, paying the price difference.
On my third visit I went back to have the bracelet resized. I was told there would be a charge, which I was happy to pay, but staff also said they couldn’t guarantee it would even be fixed after resizing.
Because of that, I had very few options and ended up having to exchange the bracelet again for something different that I didn’t really want.
What makes it worse is that this item was meant to be a special gift, and after three visits and ongoing problems, the whole experience completely took away from that.
The store would not refund the difference in value and instead offered me a €50 gift voucher which was the difference in value of what I paid. At this stage I have no interest in returning for a fourth visit, so the voucher is effectively useless.
I received outstanding support while searching for two unique gifts for my granddaughters. The representative went above and beyond to assist me. The selection of jewelry was impressive, and both quality and pricing were excellent. It was a very enjoyable visit, and I look forward to returning. Thank you for your help!
I purchased an engagement ring from a local store on 8/12/25, believing it would be resized and ready before Christmas for a proposal. On 12/12/25, I was told the ring couldn't be resized and that I would have to order the same one, which wouldn't arrive until mid-January. I feel misled about the availability of the ring. I emphasized its importance multiple times and was assured it would be fine. The sales assistant was unhelpful. A hard credit check was done, which will remain on my record, and this situation could have been avoided had I been given accurate information. Now, I'm left without a Christmas gift for my partner and unable to propose on that special day. Staff should be more certain in such situations, especially when concerns are raised repeatedly. It feels like profit was prioritized over genuine customer care. Edit: I contacted customer service, who promised a callback that never came. The ring's price has dropped by 10%, and when I asked the store to match it, I was told they don't discount diamond rings, despite the terms stating discounts apply online and in-store. Edit again: I spoke with customer service over the phone, which was unproductive, as they showed no interest in my issues. Now I've been informed that the ring will be ready by late January, almost two months after my purchase, which was intended for Christmas. There is a complete lack of care from them regarding this matter.
I ordered a watch on Monday morning with guaranteed next-day delivery, but nothing arrived on Tuesday. The tracking updated to say it would arrive on Wednesday (Christmas Eve), which was acceptable. However, this morning the delivery date changed to next Monday, the 29th. I've contacted the company, and they are blaming the delivery service, while the delivery service claims standard delivery was applied, not next-day. Do not trust their next-day delivery service as it is unreliable. I'll be returning the watch to a store since it was needed for a Christmas present. This is very disappointing, especially since I usually buy all my jewelry from this company.
I ordered an item online and paid for delivery, only for it to be sent to my billing address instead of the delivery address. I've sent emails and made calls every day for over a week, but the issue remains unresolved. The item won't arrive in time for the Christmas present it was intended for. The customer support and service have been very poor, and I wouldn't recommend this company.

After an initial poor experience with contacting them regarding an online order, the company turned it around. I had an issue with a damaged watch order, and they promptly arranged for a replacement while providing consistent after-service. I would definitely use them again, as they transformed a negative experience into a very positive one.
