[edited this review] Horrendous Service - One Month Later, Still No Ring or RefundMy experience with Fields Jewellers has been an absolute nightmare. My partner bought me a ring from their Galway branch in early June, with the agreement that we’d pick it up at their Dublin Henry Street store on June 10th. When we arrived, Fields falsely claimed there was “no arrangement,” and the ring had been inexplicably sent back to Galway without our approval.After admitting their mistake, Fields promised to send the ring to our home within 1–2 business days. Today is July 1st, exactly one full month since we purchased the ring, and we still have nothing: no ring, no tracking, no refund, no meaningful update, just empty promises and total silence.Fields has been incredibly quick to take €225, but has made zero effort to deliver the product we paid for or refund our money. Their incompetence, dishonesty, and blatant disregard for customers have ruined what was supposed to be a special occasion.They promised multiple times to “fix this mess” by either sending the ring or issuing a refund, but absolutely nothing has happened. Avoid Fields Jewellers at all costs, they do not respect your time, your money, or their own commitments.After a month a refund was finally issued and after that the ring was shipped so had to call them back and either pay for the ring again or just send it back.
