Don't trust! I accidentally placed an order with them because it was unexpectedly a one step kind of thing.I immediately emailed to cancel. They replied shortly after that the orders ship immediately and that I'll have to receive it and then initiate the refund process then.A few days after I received an email that my order was getting shipped. He encouraged me to try it anyway, and I did.I was very unhappy with the fact the device is very very limited if you don't pay for subscription. I email to confirm I wanted to return it. They said the only way to do that is to ship it back to the US at my expenses, which from the UK is really expensive. I pointed out that I contacted them immediately and that it's unfair the cost would be on me.That's their reply:Hi Ivana,Thanks for reaching out, and we’re truly sorry for the frustration this has caused.We understand how disappointing it is when expectations around timing and cancellation aren’t met.
