First once ordered received no information about when it might be shipped. They went dark for 8 days. then I received an email that said they were backlogged and it would come next Monday, Monday came and went and no change in my order status sent another email and recieved no answer. after 2 more emails and 3 days got a reply that I could not cancel as they had shipped it. Their shipping was a label printed and sat in that status for 8 more days. Contested with my CC then I get an email saying it would arrive in 3 days with a new tracking number and that they would like the opportunity to turn me arround. Item arrived today, I connected it to my phone via their setup process and it keeps disconnecting every 20 seconds. I saw this in a review weeks ago so this is not a new problem. went to support in the app and the AI told me it would be 14 hours before someone could help me because they where dealing with a bluetooth connection issue. This is an untested and defective product that is not ready. stay away.
