I purchased from the Fierce PC website but the order was fulfilled by Punch technology. Everything arrived OK and as promised. However I experience issues (random crashes). I filled in the web form twice (no response) and emailed twice.I finally got a response asking for more information to be provided. I email this back.... and no response. As long as everything works out, you will be fine.....otherwise you are well and truly on your own....

We currently have a build and test schedule of just 7-10 working days, so it won’t take long before your brand new custom gaming PC arrives at your door! If you have requested a particularly complex build, this time may be extended, but we will always let you know. We don't send any PCs out without ensuring they are built, tested and controlled according to our high standards.
