We usually answer queries within a few hours, but at the very most within 24 (business) hours. We will always do everything in our power to ensure that you are 100% happy with your new PC.
We currently have a build and test schedule of just 7-10 working days, so it won’t take long before your brand new custom gaming PC arrives at your door! If you have requested a particularly complex build, this time may be extended, but we will always let you know. We don't send any PCs out without ensuring they are built, tested and controlled according to our high standards.
