I didn’t get the bike, waited long time to get my refund

I didn’t get the bike and it took them around 18 days to send me my refund.As you can read in the reviews below, the process is almost all the time the same. Firstly, they say they need 3-5 working days to deliver the bike (even though it says on the website delivered next day!!) then they need more time to negotiate with the supplier and then supplier doesn’t have the bike and you gotta wait up to 14 working days to get your refund.They never pick up the phone.I want to attract police attention to that website. Why are they still allowed to legally operate? If you were also fooled by those scammers, please fill in digital report for the Dutch police. We need to attract their attention to this
