The sales representative was taking care of multiple customers at the same time, resulting in lack of enough time to discuss any minor details. In addition to this, the knowledge level of the sales representative was obviously low as he couldn’t reply more than half of my questions. Lastly, i didn’t experience a solution-oriented approach in general, except the manager who did her best.
