I placed an order on 23/11/25, and it says the parcel is with the delivery service, but they haven't received anything. I've sent four emails with no response. I advise against purchasing from this seller. I want my money back; this was a Christmas present for my son. I work hard for my money, and I expect a reply or I'll escalate this situation, as it feels like theft.
