This truly deserves zero stars, but I had to select one😡. I placed my order on the 26th of November and received a tracking reference the following day, yet it still shows as 'prepared shipment.' I've received no response via email or phone. I've disputed the payment three times with the payment service, but they keep denying it due to the tracking number, even though the goods have never been shipped. I'm extremely frustrated, £143.99 wasted. Please steer clear of this company. I wish I had read the other reviews beforehand! The service is absolutely appalling.
