I placed an order on 23/11/25, and it shows that the delivery service has our parcel, but when I contacted them, they stated they haven't received anything. I've sent four emails to the support team with no response. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. I need a refund as this was a Christmas gift for my son. It's frustrating to feel like I'm giving away money for free. Please respond to my emails, or I will escalate this matter, as it feels like theft.
