I might have the worst experience ever with Figma. After having a subscription for about two months I decided to delete my account. Apparently you can't just delete your account and deleting your subscription at the same time. So what happened now is I deleted my account but Figma is still charging me monthly for a subscription I don't even have. After registering my account again at the same e-mail I can't see an active subscription. If I mail the customer support I always get a lot of questions instead of actually helping me to solve this problem. I already have contact with my financial institution to file chargebacks for the period I was charged incorrectly. But this shouldn't be happening.
