Terrible billing practices using dark patterns. If you try to downgrade, they simple create more seats and charge you more! Nothing can be refunded! Click remove or downgrade seat and that results in more charges that are instantly billed. $2000 dollars down the drain.

When I contacted support about it they scold and gaslight you saying it was the customer's mistake.

Will be cancelling our Figma subscription. We barely use it anyway now with AI getting so good.

We use Figma to organize and store all of our website design projects, and overall it’s been a great experience.

It’s a perfect platform for UI/UX and web design work—everything is in one place, easy to access, and simple to share with both teammates and clients. Collaboration is fast, comments work great, and the workflow is very smooth.

A couple of downsides:
- large design files can sometimes feel a bit heavy and laggy, especially on weaker computers;
- some advanced features are locked behind paid plans, which can be a limitation for bigger teams.

Overall, Figma is an excellent tool for web design and digital projects, and we use it daily.

Figma truly understands collaborative design.

Figma genuinely seems to grasp how people collaborate on design. When you open a file, everyone is already present, changes occur in real-time, and there are no complications with exports or versions. Sharing designs is seamless, feedback is straightforward, and teamwork doesn’t turn into a technical struggle. It operates quickly, is user-friendly, and doesn’t hinder your workflow. The free version is functional, and the paid options are reasonable as a team expands. While it’s not flawless and can slow down with large files, it overall feels like a tool that alleviates challenges rather than adding them. A solid product that earns respect.

Figma: A Great Tool for Distributed Teams

For distributed product teams, Figma proves to be highly convenient. Developers, designers, and marketing can collaborate simultaneously without interfering with one another. I particularly appreciate the ability to set up a private dashboard for my work, which remains unseen by others.
The only drawback is the cost; with a larger team, the annual expenses can escalate significantly.

An essential tool that continues to improve.

I've been using this daily for several years. It's adaptable, great for collaboration, and always changing for the better. Following its development has been enjoyable. While there are a few questionable choices, I genuinely appreciate it overall.

My go-to tool for years

This has been my everyday tool for several years. It's adaptable, great for team collaboration, and continuously improving. It's rewarding to see the evolution from the start. While there are some questionable choices, I genuinely enjoy using it.

Not user-friendly

The interface feels quite unintuitive. Every time I attempt to perform a specific action, like repositioning text or shapes, it becomes frustratingly difficult. It shouldn't be this complicated. I've wasted so much time on straightforward tasks that should be easier.

Frustrating customer support

The customer support experience is truly dreadful. It feels like I'm communicating with an unresponsive bot that keeps repeating the same questions. After explaining my issue multiple times, providing screenshots, and reiterating my concerns, I feel utterly drained. I even shared articles from their help pages detailing my specific problems, but it seems to have gone unnoticed.

Ideal for distributed product teams

For those with a distributed product team, this tool is incredibly useful. Developers, designers, and marketing can collaborate simultaneously without interfering with each other. I appreciate having the option to create a private dashboard for my work, which remains unseen by others. The only drawback is the cost; it can become quite high for larger teams.

Disappointing AI features and tough cancellation

I subscribed mainly for the AI features. Unfortunately, after the first month, the quality dropped significantly — the results became poor, and the tool often got stuck trying to fix a bug, wasting my tokens. To top it off, cancelling the subscription was unnecessarily complicated. I had to search online just to figure out how to do it. A very disappointing experience.
